| | | | | | | | | Purpose and Scope of Project: | Attached to this memo is a design contract (agreement) between the City of Mobile and Dix.Hite+Partners, Inc to administer the Construction Engineering and Design for the Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States (RESTORE) Grant funded segments of the Three Mile Creek Greenway Trail. This agreement fulfills the requirement for the Engineering and Design task and complies with the provisions outlined through the sub-award agreement through the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADECA) and the United States Department of Treasury. This contract for Trail Segments 5/6 Southwest and 7 North is funded for $449,905.00 by the RESTORE Grant. There is no City match requirement. |
