This design contract between the City of Mobile and McCrory & Williams, Inc., Inc to administer the Construction Engineering and Design for Segments 1 and 2 of the Three Mile Creek Greenway Trail.  This agreement continues the current efforts of constructing an ADA compliant biking and pedestrian path (non-motorized and multi-purpose) along Three Mile Creek from the Japanese Gardens along the northside of the creek to approximately south of the terminus of Moffat Court. The proposed work will cover approximately 7,200 linear feet of the effort to improve pedestrian safety and create a more walkable environment in the area.  

The Mobile Greenway continues to evolve our transportation infrastructure and is a part of a larger vision to transform the City of Mobile into a more connected and livable community. The objectives of this project are to increase the walkability and enhance both biking and pedestrian safety by connecting residential areas and citizens to the surrounding parks, schools, churches and commercial areas.
